1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a The Match account.

2. Account responsibility

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Do not access another person's account without permission.

3. Respect and safety

Harassment, threats, stalking, impersonation, scams, exploitation, and sharing another person's private or intimate content without consent are prohibited.

4. Profiles and messages

You are responsible for the content you upload or send. Only share content you have permission to use. Do not publish another person's private information without permission.

5. Reporting and blocking

Use available safety features to report concerning behaviour or block members. The Match may investigate reports and restrict accounts that violate these terms.

6. Premium payments

Premium payment requests may require administrative review. Submitting a transfer reference does not automatically activate Premium. Never share your bank PIN, password, or one-time verification code.

7. Service availability

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

8. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through our Delete Account page. Limited information may be retained when legally required or necessary for legitimate security purposes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
